- Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
- Experience must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
- Wheelchair access is available; participants are asked to inform the centre in advance if access is needed
- Participants should avoid heavy metals before the consultation
- Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early wearing comfortable clothing and with a list of current medications and supplements
- Participants should inform the practitioner of any medical conditions or allergies
