The series kicks off with CrossFit-specific gymnastics coach Ornagh Lee teaching a hip mobility exercise known as a 90/90 sequence, focused on stretching and strengthening glutes, hip flexors, and hamstrings. Follow Ornagh through the proper postures, positioning, and breathing techniques to get your heart pumping. The sequences include both standing and floor stretches, beginning with a neck stretch warm-up to get the blood flowing before demonstrating the perfect 90/90 form for building flexibility and strength in often-overlooked muscles. Then, she'll show viewers how to build hip flexor flexibility with lunges before finishing up with a bending hamstring stretch.
